Hello my virtual buddies!
I thought that I would share with you a brilliant resource that I came across whilst on placement. It's called sparklebox.co (just click on the embedded link). I have found it very helpful indeed. There are loads of free resources that are relevant to a variety of topics, and I've heard from other teachers that you can actually order resources that they will make for you (for free!!).
Check it out! Well worth a squiz! :)

Hi Carly
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this resource and am so excited to find someone else who's heard of it. I learnt about it on my second year prac with a teacher in Cardwell, and she raved and raved about it. It is such a fantastic site, and totally free!! What more could we want!
Has fantastic ideas and murals to make our classroom look exciting and fun, and I can't wait to use it to decorate my classroom!
Happy resource hunting
Nashur :)
Hey Carly,
ReplyDeleteAnother free resource that is really helpful for incorporating physical activity into your lessons can be found at http://www.sportrec.qld.gov.au/Publications.aspx
Move Baby Move, Active Alphabet and Let's Get Moving are all free to order (and free postage too) and can be used for early childhood and primary classes.
Hope you find it helpful too
